Having recruited hundreds of professionals at all levels ( from junior positions to CEOs in extremely demanding organizations) throughout my 30 year career, I have acquired an excellent knowledge of the dynamics of organizations thanks to my role as HR Leader. This has proven to be a real value-add in supporting my clients to succeed in their professional transitions.

I act as a coach but also as a business partner, challenging you positively to bring out the best in you.

However, my personal leitmotif being to help others succeed, it is also important to me to support anyone who needs to find the path to success! This is true regardless of their age, educational background or professional level.

Why be coached?

Any transition, whether desired or forced, generates various emotional states, such as anxiety linked to uncertainty, fear or refusal to accept a situation - but also exaltation in the face of new opportunities.

Personally, having a coach to accompany me in certain situations has been a key element in helping me achieve my goals. Because of that, I gave myself the mission of making available to others the tools and competencies I’ve acquired through all the changes experienced during my life. Specializing in Career Transition Coaching was therefore obvious to me.

My journey

  • 9 years in marketing as a Product/Group Manager at national and European level

  • 20 years as an EMEA HR Director in multinational groups

  • 5 years as an HR consultant and Coach

• In 6 different professional sectors:

  • Banking, Cosmetics, Food, Chemistry, Luxury, Medical Devices

• Multicultural experiences: :
